Shipping costs to the UK.
Shipping costs are £6.75. Shipping is free for orders greater than £125.
If you order before 23:59 PM on a working day, it will take approximately 3 – 5 working days for the shipment to be delivered to you. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number on the day of shipment. This can be used to see where the package is and on which day and time it will be delivered. Packages are sent from Active Ants, our logistics partner in the UK.
Shipping costs within the EU.
The shipment of packages is divided into different zones, with varying rates for shipping costs and thresholds for free shipping depending on the zone. Here is an overview of these zones:
Zone 1 includes the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, and the UK. The shipping cost is €5.95, and shipping is free for orders over €100.
Zone 2 covers Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Spain (including islands), Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (including islands), Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia. The shipping cost is €9.95, and shipping is free for orders over €145.
Zone 3 includes Switzerland, Monaco, Malta, and Norway. The shipping cost is €14.95, and shipping is free for orders over €250.
If you place an order on a business day before 10:00 PM, it will take approximately 3 to 4 business days for the package to be delivered. On the day of shipment, we will send you an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can check the status of your package and see when it will be delivered. Packages are shipped by our logistics partner, Active Ants, in the Netherlands and are handled by DHL.

Return terms

You have 30 days to return your items. After we have received the return, you will be credited the costs of the returned items. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to SpeedComfort complete with all the accessories it was supplied with and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
The shipping costs for the return are for your account.
Return Procedure
If the product has been returned to us in good condition, the refund will usually take place within 10 working days. NB: after we have instructed our payment provider to return the payment, it can take up to 2 working days before the purchase amount is actually credited to your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.
