My SpeedComfort isn't working. What can I do?

You can try a few things:

Check if the outlet is working and if the plug is properly connected.
Make sure the temperature sensor is making good contact with the radiator.
Is the radiator warm enough (at least 33 degrees)? If not, bleeding or adjusting the flow temperature of the boiler might help.
The SpeedComfort only works automatically when the radiator is warmer than 33 degrees at the temperature sensor. Want to test if the temperature sensor is working properly? Connect the SpeedComfort without the temperature sensor and plug the adapter into a power source. The fans should start running immediately. You can also test the sensor by holding it against a glass of hot tea or a heated knife. Once the sensor detects a temperature of 33 degrees or higher, the fans should start working.

Frequently asked questions

How can I save the most energy?

To get the most out of your SpeedComfort, use your heating smartly. Set your boiler temperature to 60 °C – that’s usually warm enough to keep your home comfortable.
Then turn your thermostat down by one degree. The SpeedComfort helps spread the warmth more quickly, so your home still feels cosy.
Use the right number of SpeedComforts for the size of your room. You can find an easy product selector on our website to help you choose.
Finally, make sure your radiators are clear of furniture and curtains so the warm air can circulate freely.

How do I install the SpeedComfort?

Go to the 'How It Works' page. Here, check the section 'Universal Design,' where we explain how to install the SpeedComforts for each type of heating in just a few minutes.

How many SpeedComforts do I need?

You can easily determine how many SpeedComforts you need based on the width of your radiator. The wider the radiator, the more modules you’ll need to distribute the heat evenly.
As a guideline:
• 40 – 70 cm: Mono set
• 70 – 120 cm: Duo set
• 120 – 180 cm: Trio set
• 180 – 240 cm: Trio set + 1 Extension set
• 240 – 300 cm: Trio set + 2 Extension sets
Want to find out what’s best for your room? Use the Product Advisor at the top of the menu. In just a few steps, you’ll receive personalised advice on the ideal number of SpeedComforts for your home and radiators.

Does SpeedComfort fit my radiator?

Yes! SpeedComfort fits 95% of all radiators. It’s suitable for nearly all types, including standard panel radiators, convectors, cast-iron column radiators (using special mounting clips), and single-plate radiators with adjustable magnetic sliders.
The SpeedComfort is most effective when placed magnetically under the radiator, but it can also be positioned on the included floor stands or on top of the radiator if needed.
Only some design radiators may not be compatible due to their unique shapes.
With a height of just 2.2 cm, a length of 34 cm, and a width of 7 cm, SpeedComfort is compact and fits almost anywhere.
