You can cancel your purchase up to 30 days after receiving it. Returning SpeedComfort products within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, and Luxembourg is free. If you wish to return a product from another European country to SpeedComfort, this is possible, but the return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. If you are returning a product from the UK, please ensure you return it to our UK return address! Please register your return with us within 30 days of receipt. After this, you have 14 more days to send the product back. We ask you to return your order, if possible, complete and in its original packaging.
